To The Fitzpatrick Family
We were so saddened to hear about Avelina's passing. But we were privileged to care for her and spend time with her during her staff on our unit at Chancellor Park. She loved to laugh and have fun..we sure found that out.
Cherish her memories and I'm sure there are many.
Thinking of you all at this difficult time. Condolences to all the family...we're sure going to miss her.

Fitzpatrick Family,
It was with great sadness I read of Avelina’s passing . She was indeed a very lovely and kind lady .
I worked with her for eleven years at the US Memorial Health Care and always found her to be very patient and kind with a lovely smile and greeting all the time.
Our prayers are with you all at this very sad time and may you always treasure your precious memories .
