Obituary of Charlotte Mitchell
It is with great sadness the family of Charlotte Mitchell announce her passing surrounded by her loving family at her home in Collin's Cove, Burin on April 22,2022 at the age of 64 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories Husband Tony Mayo; children Elizabeth Schmidt (Gord), Sheena Fitzpatrick (Larry), Morganna Cheeseman (John), Justin (Cindy) and Jordan (Rachel); grandchildren Melissa, Tara, Marcia, Haley, Emily, Charlotte, John, Colby, Lauren, Ian. and Ivy; great grandchildren Aliya, Kaylee, Brandon, Sam, Myles; special Kitty Jack; father-in-law Eugene Mayo; siblings Julie (Ray), Joe (Brenda), Kate (Bren), Dick, Ella (Carl), Jackie (Steve), Maureen (Albert), Marg (Randy), Barb, Velma (Randy), and Linda (Darryl) sisters-in-law Sisters

Shelley Mayo (Harold), many nieces and nephews; plus a large circle of other family and friends. Special thanks to Nurse Jennifer Barter for your personalized care over the last several months. Your visits brought her joy and laughter and lifted our spirits too. Your care will not be forgotten.
Charlotte loved her garden and quilting. After her diagnosis with cancer she was determined to make each of her grandchildren a quilt. Which they all love and cherish. Her grandchildren was her pride and joy. Charlotte loved going to the cabin and her and Tony spent many good times there. Charlotte leaves behind a legacy of memories and will never be forgotten for her strength and determination against her battle with cancer.
Predeceased by parents Elizabeth and John Joe Pidgeon; siblings Aggie and Josephine and mother-in-law Shirley Mayo.
In keeping with Charlotte's wishes cremation will take place.
Family will be accepting visitors and friends on Wednesday, April 27th for family only 10AM-12PM, for the public 2-4PM and 7-9PM.
Donations may be made to the family.
