Judy and I are deeply saddened to hear of Juanita's untimely passing. I was at the hospital just a couple of days ago, and Juanita was in Emerg next to me. Unfortunately, I was ill and didn't get a chance to speak with her. We got to know Juanita at the Marystown Retirement Home while my mother, Nora (Gertie) Holloway was a resident there. Judy and I had some fun times talking with her and Leighton, and kidding them about their friendship. On behalf of my wife, Judy, and our granddaughter Makayla, who volunteered at the Home for several months prior to the Covid lockdown, I send sincere condolences to Juanita's family, and her close friends Leighton and Elsie. May you find comfort in warm and lasting memories.
