It is with great sadness the family of Norah Blagdon of Terrenceville, NL age 89 years announces her passing at Dr. S Beckley Health Care Center on October 8, 2020. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her loving husband Frederick of 66 years; sons Donald (Joan) of Arkansas, Lawrence (Jocelyn) of Alberta, Howard (Cindy) of Gambo; daughter Sylvia Harvey (John) of Nova Scotia; grandchildren Tony, Susan, Andrew, Twyla, Matthew & Christopher; great-grandchildren Lora, Sarah & Ryan; sister Mary Hackett; brothers Jerome Hackett (Barbara), Jack Hackett (Edith) plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by daughter Marilyn, numerous brothers & sisters. In Keeping with Norah wishes cremation will follow the funeral service. Visitation will take place on Friday from 4-6pm & Saturday from 2-4pm & 7-9pm from Serenity Funeral Home, Burin. . Following government legislation due to the current pandemic, a private funeral service will take place at Serenity Chapel, Burin will be by invitation only on Monday October 12, 2020 at 1pm Flowers gratefully accepted Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home.
