Obituary of Marie Hickman

It is with great sadness the family of Marie Hickman of Burin announces her sudden passing at the age of 71 years.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories husband Gordon; mother Ann King; daughters Kimberley Loder (Brendan) of Orangeville, ON, Krista Wade (Edward) of St. John's and Kelly Hickman (Glenn McCarville)  of  Burin; grandchildren Kaitlyn, Keagan, Ryan and Abby; siblings Sharon Griffin (John), Berrick King (Peggy) and Jim King (Joanne) plus a large circle of other family and close friends.

Predeceased by father Aubrey King and niece Eilish King.

Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin on Monday, December 2nd from 7-9PM and Tuesday from 10AM to 9PM.

Funeral service to take place from Bethany United Church, Burin on Wednesday at 11AM with interment to follow at United Cemetery, Grand Bank.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Burin Peninsula Health Care Foundation or Bethany United Church, Burin or a charity of ones choice.
