Obituary of Laura Trimm

TRIMM Laura. It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister at the age of 74 years. Laura Trimm passed peacefully away at Agnes Pratt, St. John’s, June 1st, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

 Laura leaves to mourn a large and loving family including her three sons; Shaun (Gail), Darrin (Bonnie) and Trevor (Pam), brothers; John (Alberta), Les (Mary), George (Shirley), Wilson (Linda), and Wayne (Diane), and sisters; Vera (Gord), Betty (Larry), and Janice (Wayne). Laura was also a grandmother to Vicki, Lindsey, Kelly, Amanda, Tyler, Brandon and Nathan, and a great grandmother to Angela plus a large circle of other family and friends.

 Predeceased by her husband Lloyd, as well as mother and father, Abigail and Edgar.

 The family will receive visitors at Serenity Funeral Home, 7 Church Street, Grand Bank on  Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 from  3-9 PM.

 A Funeral service in Laura’s memory will be held at Serenity Funeral Home, Grand Bank for family Monday, June 3rd at 2PM  followed by interment at the Salvation Army Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the The Salvation Army, Grand Bank.

The family wishes to thank the home care workers, and the doctors, nurses and staff at the Cancer Centre and Agnes Pratt for their warm and loving care that Laura received during her stay.
