Obituary of Lewis Oliver Dicks
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lewis Dicks of Grand Bank announces his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on December 15, 2018 at the age of 90 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories sons Hughie (Mary) of Marystown and Kevin of Grand Bank; daughters Marilyn Watts (Junior) of Robert's Arm, Vivian Roberts (Vaden) of Manitoba, Irene Dicks of Clarenville and Verenia Leights (John) of Grand Bank; 13 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by wife Hester, brother Stan and sister Marjorie.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Grand Bank Sunday and Monday 1-4PM and 7-9PM .
Funeral Service to take place from the Salvation Army Citadel, Grand Bank on Tuesday, December 18th at 2PM with interment following at Salvation Army Cemetery, Grand Bank.
Donations in his memory may be made to Salvation Army Church, Grand Bank or flowers gratefully accepted.
