Jacquie......My sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. It's funny that looking at photos can invoke such vivid memories, and that is what happened while I was looking at the slideshow. So much came rushing back, but especially those memories of your mom at the 'shop'. She always had the best selection of candy in the harbour, and had endless patience with us kids as we made that very important decision of what to buy with our nickle :-) And, of course, your mom playing the organ in church.......we used to hear "Children of the Heavenly King" quite often, I think it might have been one of her favourites :-) There were several family pics, and how nice it was to see them all together there, your Nan and Pop, Aunts Irene and Mary, your Dad and Clara and Alice. She was a very sweet lady, always smiling and laughing. In your great loss, may these memories comfort you. She was a very kind and dear person whose history was well written in the fabric of our little community. Again, my sympathy to you on your loss.

Jacqui, we are sending our heart felt condolences. Losing someone as special as Geordi must be difficult and we know how close you were to your mom. We were blessed to have a wonderful woman like Geordi in our family. She was so uplifting and always gave of herself to others. We know she was so proud of you and that you were her whole world.
