It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ambrose Inkpen announces his passing November 16th at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center at the age of 90 years.
Leaving to mourn wife Eva; sons John (Karen) of BC and Barry of AB; daughters Brenda Inkpen (George Bursell) of Torbay, Meta Inkpen of BC, Beverly Frustaci (Nicola) of Toronto, Nancy Inkpen (Lyle Downey) of ON and Cathy Crossman (Chris) of ON; 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; sister Georgina Romaine of Florida; brother Curtis Inkpen of Fortune plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by parents; sons Ivan and Russell and brothers and sisters.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Monday 2-3pm for family only; Open to the Public 7-9pm Tuesday 2-4pm and 7-9pm, Wednesday 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral Service to take place from Zion United Church, Collin's Cove at 2pm Thursday, November 20th with interment following at United Cemetery, Collin's Cove.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Zion United Church, Collin's Cove.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
