Obituary of Caroline Harris

It is with great sadness the family of Caroline Harris announces her passing at Jacques Fontaine on August 9th at the age of 86 years. Leaving to mourn daughter Emily Whiffen (George) of Rushoon; sons Charlie (Delores) of Jacques Fontaine, Tom of Calgary and Edward Pardy (Ada) of Bay L'Argent; daughter-in-law Linda Harris of Carbonear; 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; sisters Sarah Gould and Lucy Fizzard; brothers Lanuce Bishop (Jane), William Bishop (Pauline) and Jim Bishop; special friend Sylvia plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by husband Lawrence; son Joe Harris; brother Jack Bishop; sister Pearl Osbourne and parents James and Elizabeth Bishop. Resting at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Jacques Fontaine Monday, August 10th at 7pm and all day Tuesday. Funeral Service to take place from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Jacques Fontaine on Wednesday, August 12th at 2pm with interment following at Anglican Cemetery, Jacques Fontaine. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church, Jacques Fontaine or flowers gratefully accepted. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
