Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on May 18th Loretta Pearson of Lewin's Cove age 64 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories husband Bernard Sr.; son Bernard Jr. of Lewin's Cove; sisters Mary Murphy of St. John's, Gertie Pearson (Arthur) of Burin, Kathleen Power of Burin, Theresa Jackman (Calvin) of Burin and Bernadette Mullett of Burin; brothers Raymond Mullet (Jacqueline) of Burin, Arch Mullett (Wanda) of Burin and Larry Mullett (Jackie) of Burin; sisters-in-law Martha Fitzgerald of St. John's, Maude O'Toole of Halifax, Mary Ducey (Peter) of Marystown, Joan Whiffen (Bruce) of Mount Pearl and Geraldine MacDonald (Pat) of St. John's; brothers-in-law Gerald Pearson (Rose) of Creston South and Paul Pearson (Margie) of Corner Brook plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by parents Veronica and Archibald Mullett. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home Thursday from 10AM to 10PM and Friday 10AM to 10PM. Funeral Service to take place from St. Patrick's RC Parish Church, Burin 10:30AM Saturday with cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to MS Society.
