Passesd peacefully at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on July 15 Henry Thomas Brenton of Burin age 80 years. Leaving to mourn wife Bernice; sons Henry (Effie) of Norman's Cove, Aubrey (Barbara) of St. John's, Gerard (Edwina) of Carbonear, John (Margaret) of Winterland; daughters Margaret Shea (Frank) of ON, Mary Norman (Dominic) of Salt Pond, Joanne Brushett (George) of Marystown and Karen Brake (Fred) of Marystown; step children Brendan Loder (Kimberly) of Brampton, Glen Loder (Shelley) of Orangville, Lynette Loder (Cory) of AB and Maureen Cloutier of Brampton; 19 grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren; sisters Margaret Adams and Thelma Whittle; sister-in-law Noreen Mallay (Leonard) plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by first wife Agnes,brothers Morris and John and sister Thelma Joyce. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin today from 6PM to 9PM and Sunday from 10AM to 9PM. Funeral Service to take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Ship Cove Monday, July 18th at 2PM with interment following at RC Cemetery, Salt Pond. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to Holy Trinity Church. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home
