Obituary of Jane Dodge

Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on January 9th Jane Dodge of Harbour Mille age 76 years. Leaving to mourn sons Brian (Betty) of Little Bay East and Alphonsus (Gail) of Harbour Mille; daughters Lillian Dodge of Harbour Mille, Jessie Pardy of Harbour Mille, Neta Baker (Leslie) of Harbour Mille and Fay Freeborn (Wayne) of Lab City; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sister Elsie Burton of Grand Bank; step brother Stanley Walters plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by husband Alphonsus; mother Rebecca Walters; son Glen Dodge; brother Charlie Walters and step brother Russell Walthers. Resting at St. Mary's Anglican Church, Harbour Mille Tuesday, January 10th at 11AM. Funeral Service to take place from St. Mary's Anglican Church, Harbour Mille on Thursday, January 12 at 2PM with interment following at Anglican Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to SPCA or flowers gratefully accepted. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
