Obituary of Raymond Chester Hobbs

Passed suddenly away at his residence on Thursday June 7, 2012 Raymond Chester Hobbs of Bunyan’s Cove in his 63rd year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his sons: Darrell Hobbs (Pam) of Lethbridge, Bradley Hobbs (Shirley) of Hermitage and Rodney Hobbs (Judy) of Port Rexton; daughters: Lisa Greening (Darryl) of Musgravetown and Christine Pickett (Randy) of Wareham; grandchildren: Matthew, Dylan, Christopher, Brittany, Courtney and Billy; great granddaughter Michelle; sisters: Rosalie Chatman of Canning’s Cove, Marie Ellis (Watson) of George’s Brook, Alvina Hobbs of Clarenville and Whilimena Skiffington (Clayton) of Bunyan’s Cove; brothers: Kirby Hobbs (Rodena) of Bunyan’s Cove, David Hobbs (Glenda) of Bunyan’s Cove, Alex Hobbs (Audrey) of Bunyan’s Cove, Kater Hobbs of Brampton, Ont. And Bernie Hobbs (Cathy)of Bunyan's Cove, sister in law Elva Hobbs of Bunyan's plus a large circle of other family and friends. Pre-deceased by his parents Deborah and Reginald Hobbs, partner Whilimena Oldford; brothers: Perry, Terrance and Enos Hobbs, sister Louise Tucker and brother in law Dave Chatman. Resting at Ecclesia Pentecostal Church after 9 AM on Saturday June 9. Funeral service to take place on Sunday June 10 at 2 PM with interment following at Pentecostal Cemetery Bunyan’s Cove.
