It is with great sadness the family of the late Albert Kavanagh age 69 of Greenhill, Burin announces his passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center, July 17, 2012.
Leaving to mourn his wife Shirley, mother Gertrude; daughters Bertha Kavanagh (Phonse Power) of Fox Cove and Angela Feehan (Gerard) of Port Union; 6 grandchildren; sisters Bertha Gover (Raymond), Dot Kelly (Eugene) and Gladys Kavanagh; brothers Cecil, Ernest (Patsy) and Jim plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by son Anthony and father Walter.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Wednesday 7-9PM and Thursday from 10AM to 9PM.
Funeral Mass to take place from St. Patrick's RC Church, Burin 10AM Friday, July 20th with interment following at RC Cemetery, Fox Cove at a time and date to be announced.
Donations in his memory may be made to the family or flowers gratefully accepted.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
