It is with great sadness that the family of the late Melita Mayo of Salt Pond announces her passing at her residence December 7th at the age of 73 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories husband Leland; sons Leland Jr. (Debbie) of Ottawa, Donald of Ottawa and Albert (Tammy) of Marystown; daughters Eleanor (Herbie) of CBS and Joanne (Jerry) of Marystown; 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; sister Florina Levinsky; special friend Philomena Durnford plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Sunday from 1PM to 9PM and Monday 10AM to 9PM.
Funeral service to take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Burin Tuesday, December 11th at 2PM with interment following at Anglican Cemetery, Hodder's Point.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
