It is with great sadness the family of Veronica Penney announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on July 2nd at the age of 77.
Leaving to mourn husband Clement; mother Emma Miller; daughters June (Terry Beazley) of Manitoba and Mary (Francis Levesque) of BC; grandchildren Tyler, Spencer, Zachary,Logan, Dege and Melissa; great grandchildren Kya, Odin and Laura-lynn; sisters Loretta (Wish Vaters) and Mary (Joe Whiffen); brothers Wayne Miller, John Miller (Gert) and Jerry Miller (Beth); sister-in-laws Alice and Shirley Miller; plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by Brothers- Gordon and Cyril Miller and Father Jerome Miller.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Wednesday, July 3rd at 2-4PM and 7-9PM.
Funeral Service to take place from St. Patrick's RC Parish Church, Thursday, July 4th at 2PM with interment following at RC Cemetery, Penney's Pond.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Patrick's Building Fund.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Veronica
