It is with great sadness the family of Lillian Martin of Burin announces her passing on August 21st at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre at the age of 72 years.
Leaving to mourn husband ELeazer; sons Charles Leonard of St. John's, Gary (Shelly) of AB, Garland (Carmen) of AB and Don (Heather) of Burin; daughters Bonnie Slaney of St. Lawrence, Elaine Paul of St. John's and Donna Martin of Burin; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister Velma Power (Martin), sister-in-law Rachael Marks and brother-in-law Abel Mayo plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by parents Aladin and Charles Marks brother Don Marks and sisters Nancy Gillingham and Verna Mae Mayo and Audrey Fudge.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Thursday and Friday 2-4PM and 7-9PM.
Funeral Service to take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Saturday, August 24th at 2PM.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church Cemetery Fund.
