It is with great sadness the family of Clyde C. Brown of Burin Bay Arm announces his passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on October 24, 2013 at the age of 83 years. Leaving to mourn wife Sylvia; sons Randy of Burin Bay Arm and Gary (Debbie) of BC; daughters Jean Ceaser (Bill) of Yukon and Elaine Goyette (Jeff) of ON; grandchildren Karen, Dwayne, Christa, Ashley, Skylar, Tabitha and Samantha; 6 great grandchildren; sister Mildred Wisemen of St. John's; step children Marlene Murphy (Brian), Christine Brown (Len), Debra Ferguson (Steve) and Rick Frampton (Sherry); step grandchildren Krista, Karen, Steven, Ryan, James, Michael, Austin, Jenna and Kaitlyn; 9 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren plus a large circle of other family and friends.Predeceased by first wife Frances; daughter Sarah; 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Sunday, October 27th from 2-4PM and 7-9PM and Monday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM. Funeral Service to take place Tuesday at 11AM from Zion United Church, Collin's Cove with cremation to follow.Inurnment to take place at Zion United Cemetery, Thursday, October 31st at 11AM In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Zion United Church Repair Fund, Collin's Cove.
