It is with great sadness the family of Elizabeth Bowles announces her passing at US Memorial Hospital, St. Lawrence at the age of 80 years.
Leaving to mourn sisters Lorraine Saunders (Baxter), Marie Corcoran (Edward) and Maude Pike (Charle) plus a large circle of extended family and friends, including Robert Mayo (Glenda) and Lavina Hodder (Ray).
Predeceased by sisters Helen Rogers and Ivy Bowles; brothers Harold, Maxwell and Urville and parents Oliver and Beatrice Bowles.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Saturday 7-9 p.m. , Sunday 1-9 p.m. and Monday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m..
Funeral Service to take place from Calvary United Church, Creston North on Tuesday, 2 p.m. with interment following at United Cemetery, Creston North.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the family.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
