Obituary of Marcel Stacey

It is with great sadness the family of Marcel Stacey of Marystown announces his passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on July 23rd at the age of 81 years. Leaving to mourn sisters Mary Hillier (Howard) of Marystown and Helena Robinson (Fred) of St. John's; brothers Leo (Cora) of Halifax, Michael (Pearl) of St. John's and Phonse (Elizabeth) of Marystown plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by parents Frederick and Ellen Stacey;nephew Calvin Hillier; sister Melinda Hillier; brother-in-law Aubrey Hillier;friend Theresa Stacey and life long friend Helen Rogers. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Thursday, July 24th from 1-9pm and from Holy Rosary RC Church, Point May on Friday, July 25th from 1-9pm. Funeral Mass to take place from Holy Rosary RC Church, Point May Saturday, July 26th at 2:30pm with interment following at RC Cemetery, Point May.
