It is with great sadness that the family of Skipper Alphonsus Warren of Burin announces his passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center October 29th at the age of 70 years.
Leaving to mourn wife Mary; sons Greg and Derek (Elizabeth); daughter Madonna Brenton; grandchildren Mark and Maria Brenton, Caitlin and Ayla Warren, Andrew, Jordan Olivia, Allison Pache; sisters Vera and Joan; brothers Jerry, Anthony Jr. , John, David and Kevin; special friend Randy Brown plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by parents Anthony Sr. and Dorothy Warren and sister Vivian.
In keeping with Alphonsus's wishes Cremation has taken place.
Visitation at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Friday, October 31st 12 - 9pm.
Funeral Mass will take place from St. Patrick's RC Church, Burin 11am Saturday, Nov 1st with inurnment following at RC Cemetery, Salt Pond.
Donations in his memory may be made to St. Patrick's RC Church, Burin or flowers gratefully accepted.
