Obituary of Dorothy Rowe

It is with great sadness the family of Dorothy Marie Rowe (nee Hollett) of Burin Bay announces her passing on August 18th at her residence at the age of 83 years. Leaving to mourn daughters Cornelia Warren (Stanley) and Debbie Power (Michael); son Wallace Rowe (Brenda); daughter in law Kathy Rowe; grandchildren Fern Brewer (Brad), James Rowe (Pamela), Sonya Rowe (Jimmy Vaters), Michael Rowe (Jenny Roberts) and Misty Power; great grandchildren Megan, Clarissa, Braden, Landin and Ewan; sisters Marguerite Martin and Alma Dunbar; sisters in law Mildred Hollett, Gouldie Hollett, Elizabeth Pitcher, Millicent Janes and Joan Mayo and a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by husband Levi;son Hughie; parents Ernest and Emily Hollett; sisters Mary Martin, Effie Hollett and Grace Foote; brother Wallace Hollett; great grandchildren Sarah and Daniel. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Tuesday, August 19th from 7-9pm and Wednesday, August 20th from 1-9pm. Funeral Service to take place from Zion United Church, Collin's Cove Thursday, August 21st at 2pm with interment following at Zion United Cemetery.
