Obituary of Pauline Mary Isaacs

Please share a memory of Pauline to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

With heavy hearts, the family of Pauline Isaacs announces her peaceful passing at her home in Burin on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at the age of 67 years. Surrounded by the memories of a life beautifully lived, she leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will never be forgotten.

Pauline was the kind of person who was a mother to everyone, always looking out for others and making sure they were taken care of. She truly was the best mom and grandma you could ask for. When she wasn't spending time with family, she loved playing radio bingo, throwing darts, and hanging out with her dogs, especially her favorite companion, Sammy.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is her husband of 47 years, Jerry Isaacs. She will be forever missed by her children: Amanda of Placentia, NL; Heather of Burin, NL; Pamela of Grande Prairie, AB; and Kerstin (Shane Ducey) of Marystown. She leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Dylan, McKenna, Brody, Keianna, Ryan, Alliegh, Norah, Benjamin, Rendell, Bennett, Wyatt, and Ayden. Also left to mourn are her siblings: Theresa Loder (Roger) of Manitoba, Jackie Bungay of Manitoba, Rodney Hennebury (Rosie) of Manitoba, and Bryan Hennebury of Winnipeg, Manitoba; her in-laws: Calvin of Burin, Walter (Debra) of Winterland, Judy Langdon (Reg) of Burin, Jessie (Jack Keating) of Marystown, and Muriel Isaacs (Rick) of Ontario; special friends Peter Hussey, Bella Keating, Polly and George Stewart; as well as a large circle of other family and friends.

Pauline is predeceased by her parents, Helen & Maurice Hennebury; brothers, Thomas, Maurice, and Scott; parents-in-law, Selina & William Isaacs; and brothers & sisters-in-law, Thomas and Robert, and Isabelle and Georgina.
