Lisa Mike Sean and all family members please accept my sincere sympathy on the passing of your Mom and our sister ..I never spent much time with her as I left in 1970 to stay with Sis aka Joan I wish now that I had more visits over the years. She has earned her Angel wings and is with Mom Dad and family members in Heaven. You have another guardian Angel watching over you. Keep your precious memories close to your heart. Lena was a kind, caring, and sincere person who loved to help others.
I remember her providing care for my mother-in- law.
She always showed patience, kindness and compassion .

I would like to extend sincere heartfelt condolences to everyone who loved Lina. I was her babysitter many years ago and she treated me like family. She had the greatest sense of humour, a determined spirit with courage to match . Lisa, Sean and Michael I hope the memories you carry in your heart will bring you much comfort and peace during the difficult days ahead. The last time I spoke with her she sounded so strong and happy. I’m still in shock with the news of her passing. She will always be in my heart and I never forgot her over the years. I’m so glad she was a friend and in my life.

Q: How did you meet Lina?
A: She was not only my aunt, but my godmother as well. I will always remember her as thoughtful (she made me a pink elephant birthday cake once), generous, and someone who always had a smile. She will be missed. Rest in peace.
