She was an icon of the community—someone whose door and heart were always open, and whose smile could lift even the heaviest day. Sweet, kind, compassionate, and deeply empathetic, she helped raise a generation and became a gentle yet powerful presence in the lives of all who knew her. Though life moved her many places in her early years, she carried love with her wherever she went, touching the hearts of everyone she met. She faced a lifetime of challenges with grace and resilience, her life standing as a testament to endurance, kindness, and quiet courage. Family was the center of her world; she built her home on love and comfort, and nothing brought her more joy than her cherished grandchildren. She adored the simple pleasures—bingo nights with friends, a good feed of fish, music filling the room, and a plate of chicken wings shared with those she loved. Deeply rooted in the hearts of her community, she leaves behind a legacy of warmth, strength, and love that will be remembered forever.
