Albert’s memory will forever remain a source of inspiration and strength for all who knew him. A family man through and through, Albert's heart swelled with love for his family, grandchildren. He was a talented musician whose true treasure was music. He captivated listeners by bringing melodies to life on the guitar and accordion, a skill that brought joy not only to him but also to all who had the pleasure of listening. You knew he was a true Newfoundlander because the only furnace he ever trusted was a woodstove, and he'd always have a story about a log he cut.
Albert’s family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and staff at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre and especially the care worker Brandon Farrell we are immensely grateful for their support.
A specila thank you to Natalie Bingley well known to her Uncle Abb who provided him with extra care on his last few days.
