Obituary of Corella Appleby
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Corella Appleby announces her passing on Monday, September 22nd, 2025 at Carbonear General Hospital, at the age of seventy-nine.
Born in Isle aux Morts, she was daughter of the late Jack and Pricilia Walters. Corella leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her loving children Keith (Lori) Appleby, Tina (Chris) Rowntree, and Nadine Brown, grandchildren Naomi Wood, and Shelby Appleby, brother-in-law Denzil (Cyndie) Appleby, sister-in-law Liz Walters, as well as extended family and friends.
Corella was predeceased by her parents Jack and Pricilia Walters, and parents in law Thomas and Florence Appleby, brother and sisters John (Beulah) Walters, Hazel (Willoughby) Harvey, Norman (Melita) Walters, Bobby Walters, Marie (Freeman) Organ, and Bernie Walters, brothers-in-Law Wayne (Jessie) Appleby, and Derek Appleby.
In keeping with Corella’s wishes cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
