In May, my credit scores were 486 (TransUnion), 514 (Equifax), and 523 (Experian). When I applied for a mortgage loan in June, I was denied due to my low FICO scores. I turned to Reddit to ask for advice on how to improve my credit. I received numerous suggestions about H A C K M A V E N S . I reached out to him, and he replied promptly. I shared all the details about my credit situation, but I was hesitant to release my funds to him. He assured me that he could fix my credit, and I would pay for his services once the job was completed, which I agreed to. After three days, I received a notification from Experian saying, "Congrats, your FICO Score has increased!" I quickly logged in to check, and to my surprise, he had raised my scores to 806 (TransUnion), 814 (Equifax), and 816 (Experian). My husband works for the government, and his security clearance requires that he maintain a good credit standing. Unfortunately, last year, we observed a decline in his credit score, so we knew we needed some help. We’ve known Cory and Tonya a very long time. We lived together in Ontario and had so much fun camping and partying together. We even had matching cars. And when we left Ontario to move back to Newfoundland in 1994 to get married, we all left and drove our cars home together. Less than a year after our wedding Cory and Tonya were married and I had the pleasure of singing at their ceremony the day they got married. Like us, you guys were high school sweethearts. Thoughts and prayers are with all your family during this very difficult time. Heaven has gained another angel and I know he’s watching over you all.

I am so sorry and saddened to hear of Cory’s passing. We met so many years ago when we were training for WM and all these strangers were thrown together at Holiday Inn. Cory stood out. Cory was the kindest soul who brought us all together. Those days are the most memorable and precious moments of so many people coming together and becoming friends and Cory was the one who brought us all together. Tonya, Carter, Carson & Chantal, your Dad was one in a million. RIP Cory. You left your mark on a lot of people who are better in life because we knew him.

I worked with Cory at Walmart for a few years. He was always the sweetest, a hello with a smile. When I heard of your passing, I was saddened to the core, It was funny, we were just saying the other day about the nice people we worked with, and Cory’s name was one of the first ones mentioned…Rest easy my friend..❤️

Cory my friend, wish you were still here with us. No matter what life was throwing at you, somehow you were always able to put a smile on your face, get up and go to work everyday.
