Sylvia was an independent, strong individual whose lifetime passion was knitting and sewing and she spent many days making quilts. She loved to go camping in the summer, meeting many new friends along the way, many she kept in contact for years afterwards. Her greatest joy in her later years was always staying in contact with her grandchildren and took great pride in all their achievements.
Special mention goes to Lynn Hanraham who was her home care worker and the staff at the Blue Crest Home who looked after her every need for the past two years.
