We were very saddened to hear of your mom passing. We were away at the time and never got to attend any of the wake or services.

I really met Aunt Sylvie in 1966, come home year, when we went to the island from Nova Scotia. I remember her smile and her kindness. Although I didn't stay with them she left an impression on me. God be with Marlene, Christine, Rick and all their families. RIP aunt Sylvie.

I will miss you Aunt Sylvia. Whenever I was down from Ontario, which was almost every summer, we would always spend time together. We did this since I was born. So many memories…

I was so lucky to have had the privilige of working with Sylvia for just over 8 years and loved every minute of it. I was devasted when she went to Grand Bank knowing full well I wouldnt see her face every day. We had our ups and downs the same as everybody but when she needed something she knew she could count on me and i would be there. I have so many memories. She seen my son grow up and even seen him graduate high school. We were more like family than anything in this world. I would never change anything about her. I love you Sylvia. To the moon and back. You will certainly be missed. RIP AKA MOM

I am so sorry to read this post. My deepest condolences to everyone who loved her.
I remember her very fondly living on Port Elizabeth and spent many hours at her house with Marlene and Christine. She was so kind and if the girls were getting treats, I got the same. I especially remember Marlene’s birthday parties when she made ice cream for dessert.
Rest in peace, Sylvie. Love to all the family.
