I truly offer my sincere condolences. Loosing someone dear to you is never easy and one may ask theirself, "even if it's for one day, could I see them again?" Well, what do you think? Can you see them again?
Some actually say yes;since, at Acts 24:15 of the Bible reads,"There is going to be a resurrection."
What that can mean for you is peace of mind. 2Corinthians 1:3,4 shows how one can gain comfort when someone dear to you passes away. Hebrews 2:15 helps release one from any morbid fear of death. Also, John 5:28,29 offers a real hope of being reunited with your loved one(s) again.
As comforting as these scriptures are, you may think can we really believe what the Bible says?
The answer is yes, for at least three reasons and if you can, please look up the scriptures in your own Bible too, (if you don't have a Bible you can download the whole Bible for free at www.JW.org and please feel free to download, read articles, watch videos, hear music, and be invited to events that will also be encouraging for you and/or the family and friends, for these are for people of all ages)
The three reasons are these: God is the Creator of life. The Bible calls God "the source of life."(Psalm 36:9; Acts 17:24,25) The One who gave life to all living creatures is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has passed away. Plus, God has resurrected humans in the ancient past. The Bible reports eight instances of humans-young, old, male, and female- who were brought back to life on earth. Some had been dead for a short while, but one had been dead for four days-John 11:39-44. Also, God is truly eager to do that again. Just think God is eager to raise your loved one up again and reunite them with you. God very much hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) He has "a yearning" to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He longs to bring back those who are in his memory - Job 14:14,15.
I hope this offers at least some relief and comfort for you and those whom grieve with you too. May your days be happy, full of purpose, and full of hope as you wait, because as the Bible shows, you can be reunited with your loved one(s) again.
If you have any questions or would like any support please go to the www.JW.org website for it has great and valuable information, even activities for you and/or the family.
With Deep Sympathy,
Ciarra

We are so sad to hear of your Mom's passing. She and your Dad were so good to us when we first moved here. Always ready to lend a helping hand and they especially loved when we started having children as your Mom knit sweaters and hats for them. My children always referred to them as Nan & Pop and they will both always have a special place in our hearts. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
