David was one of the kindest and quirkiest men I’ve had the pleasure to know. I met him through Debbie when she agreed to teach me piano as a kid. He was always encouraging of me and my academic pursuits. He became a trusted friend. He could make me and Al laugh so hard. Many evenings spent telling stories, having a beer and if you caught him on a mischievous night the instruments would come out and he’d make up a song. He will be very missed. Love to Debbie and the family.
So sad to hear of David’s passing. We knew each other many years ago when we were teenagers. Memories of the Roxboro Coffee House and North Shore Youth Services. David going off to the Grand Canyon on his motorcycle. These photos are from a weekend with friends at Tucker House. I believe the year was 1971. Thank you David for the memories!

David will surely be missed. He was loved by many and we had the privilege of being very good friends with Debra and Dave when we moved to Newfoundland.
