I’m sorry I heard so late about your passing and couldn’t be there in person. I wasn’t told in time by any family but I would have loved to be there. It was so nice to hear from you on my birthday. I didn’t realize you would leave us so fast. You are such a sweet aunt. I will cherish all the great memories we have. You are so kind and loving and put others before yourself. Aunt Winnie was a wonderful woman. I have very fond memories as a child of visiting her during Christmas time and always eating the candy she had and those after eight mints!! Also, all the times I would have to wash my cheeks from the bright red lipstick during those Christmas visits, lol. Memories I will cherish forever. Sincere condolences to the family. Condolences to Terry & his family on the passing of their beautiful mother. We all grew up together on Bunkers Hill as the Bunkers Hill crew. Winnie& Franks boys along with my brother, Burch, the Savoury’s, the Moores, the Hillier’s, the Penney’s, & the Barnes , the Bolts, all played many games of hockey in the lane. Just like we were watching the NHL games at times. We were all family on the Hill. Many great memories . We were all the same. We all shared much love from our families & still do today. Wils, Terry, Frank, Bob and Connie and your extended families and to the Hillier family, so sorry to hear of Winnie's passing. Winnie was a great person, and I'm sure will be missed. Unfortunately, it has been awhile since I saw Winnie as distance plays a part in that. Winnie and Frank always made us feel welcome when we did go to visit. It was an honor to be a flower girl at their wedding. She will now be at peace with Frank as I am sure he was waiting at the gate. Sincere sympathies.
