Bob, Barry and families ... so sorry to hear of your Mom's recent passing. She was a resident at the Marystown Retirement Center during the time my Mom was there. She lived a long life, as did my Mom, and we are all grateful to have been able to share many happy years with our precious mothers. I recall first seeing her back in 1962 when I spent my summer vacation in the Burin area, and I believe she served me my first custard cone at the takeout in Salmonier....May good memories be a source of comfort to you all during this sad and difficult time... Bob, Barry and Families, Aunt Lydia was such a kind and wonderful person. I remember visiting her often as a child and seeing her when she visited St. John’s.
